shop the look: coat: similar (on sale) & similar (on sale) // jeans: Paige Denim // sweater: Old Navy // boots: Kenneth Cole // clutch: Gigi New York // lips: Sephora // nails: Essie

ok, so this may be the last plaid piece to grace lows to luxe for a while (fingers crossed)

i really need to address my plaid addiction and take the issue head on…

BUT, since this coat is so beautiful i had to highlight it on the blog! it was so easy to style with almost anything but i chose this chunky cream knit because i thought it made the look feel cozy and relaxed.

add some true blue denim and those oxblood booties that have taken me everywhere this winter and this look can be taken from day to night! i’m always a fan of working different pieces into various looks from your wardrobe and these boots have really accomplished that for me. i’ve been able to pair them with dresses at night and jeans during the day.

for people like me who are doing something totally casual for valentine’s day next week this is a great way to transition from the office to meeting for dinner & drinks after! If you happen to be fine dining or staying in don’t worry…an exciting collaboration is coming next week for all your valentine’s day outfit inspo!

hope you love the look and don’t miss plaid on me too much 😉

xox,

I love this look, really appreciate the booties with the coat as a pop of color. I need to replicate this for my day-to-day, work from home. So chic! Plus, even though you are trying to conquer your plaid addiction, plaid is perfect for these Chicago winters.
