Coat: Alo Yoga – LOVE this jacket! It’s super lightweight and packable but really warm and long enough to cover your bum! I ordered TTS but think you could order down if you want something more fitted. | Crop Top: Alo Yoga – love this, this and this too! | Leggings: Nordstrom – these fit great but this is my favorite go to pair and this mid rise version of it! | Shoes: APL – also available here! I live in these for gym classes and running but they do run small. Order 1/2 size to a full size up! | Tote: Cuyana – literally use this everyday and it’s never stained and holds up so well! This is a great more affordable version that I’ve owned before and ran into the ground. | Sunglasses: Le Specs

Happy Friday guys!

I am excited because we are headed on a last minute road trip tonight. We’re making a super quick trip to Louisville to house hunt and I can not wait 🙂 The first time around I didn’t really share our house hunting experience but you guys always have the best advice, opinions and think of things I may never do so I think I am going to sharing sneak peeks at what we look at over on Instagram stories so make sure you are following along there!

We will surely be getting in super late tonight and spending Saturday running around from house to house. It’s great timing though because there is an Art Fair in the area we are looking at so it should be a lot of fun. Saturday night we will be laying low and celebrating my dad’s birthday which will be so nice. After that it’s right back to Chicago on Sunday.

I’m determined to stay on track (eating and work out wise) while we are home. It helps that it should be in the 70’s. Trevor and I are hoping to get a run in over the weekend and cook some. That brings me to today’s post! I have been getting some questions about our gym, Flywheel and diet so I thought I would share a little update.

I will be honest and say I definitely fell off the wagon when I went to Dallas. I actually didn’t eat horrible but for me once I get out of a routine it’s hard to get back into it. Once I got back Trevor and I ended up ordering dinner in 3 nights in a row and I hadn’t worked out in over a week. I felt gross and forced myself to go to my favorite workout class Wednesday morning. Sometimes you just need something like that to kick you back into high gear!

Since then, we’ve been doing a great job. I’m back on my healthy lunches (did you catch that post this week?) and back on the bike. I think Flywheel can sometimes sounds intimidating. Some workout studios become a little cult like and make you feel like you need to put on makeup before you go. I’m not into that and luckily Flywheel has been amazing. I love that they have the option of spin or barre (don’t be fooled the barre is not boring like others and will rock your body) Most importantly, everyone  there is so nice and encouraging. Glenn is my favorite instructor (I’m a total Glenn groupie) and so great in both classes.

I usually burn anywhere from 600-800 calories per class so it is well worth your 45 minutes of torture. Also, I LOVE that the classes are 45 minutes—I don’t know why my 60 minute classes always seem twice as long. Your first class is free withe the code FLYLOWSTOLUXE so don’t hesitate to try it and let me know if you have any other questions!

As for my current favorite athletic wear, here it is. Granted I don’t go to workout with my hair down or makeup on but you know I gotta fit shoots in when I can 😉 This jacket was an impulse buy a few weeks ago and I love it. It’s totally packable and can be stuffed into my tote bag but covers my bum and is super warm. I also live in these APL sneakers (order up at least a 1/2 size!) They have been great in all types of classes and while running.

Hope you guys are enjoying this Friday and some sunny weather!
