SHOP THE POST:

Our last day in Denver was the prettiest! I was finally able to break out the cut off’s but since I’m constantly terrified of being chilly this ‘cold shoulder’ sweatshirt was perfect to pair them with. I wasn’t entirely sure how I felt about this trend seeing that it didn’t make much sense to me but I ordered this one from Missguided and the inside is the softest material & I loved wearing it. I paired it with my black bandana (you know I love a neck scarf) and this cute white Ann Taylor bag I have been wearing everywhere.

We headed to Stowaway Coffee and grabbed lunch on the patio. Not only was their coffee great but they had some amazing cashew milk I had never tried before and loved. The great thing about Denver is that it is so easy to find healthy food and even the ‘unhealthy’ things seem healthier. Well, besides those doughnuts we got…

After lunch we headed over to First Draft to taste some beers and really enjoyed it. They have so many options and you can use your card to pour whatever you want from the bar. The RiNo neighborhood is full of street art and this particular piece really caught my eye. It’s made up of long panels that create different images from either side as well as the front and the colors are stunning.

If any of you are in the market for jean shorts I can’t recommend these One Teaspoon ones enough. I hate the feeling of ‘tight’ shorts and although these are short they somehow feel modest while wearing them. More than that they are extremely comfortable and I think the wash goes with everything.

Hope you guys are having a great Monday!

Sounds like you had a wonderful trip! I’ve never been to Denver so this guide is SUPER helpful if Bob and I ever go. Love the look too – those cutoffs are awesome – it’s hard to find a good pair!

  2. I love those flats! I need you to teach me how to wear black. 😉 Also — WONDERFUL guide. I’ve never been either but Mitch and I are thinking about visiting friends there next year!

    xoxo!
