With mornings becoming busier lately I’m always looking for easy on the go additions to our breakfast. I love this protein shake recipe but was wanting something else to mix it up with this protein ball recipe. These EAS protein packs on the go have been a lifesaver so I thought I would add them to a new recipe.

I grab these packets in the pharmacy aisle at Target & usually carry them in my work bag and add them to my coffee or toss them in my yogurt in the morning. I decided to whip up some protein balls that were so easy and so filling. I can barely eat two each morning and they keep me full for hours.

Once you combine the ingredients in a bowl let it sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes before you roll your balls. The topping is totally up to you! I left some plain, covered some in flax seed, & some with chia seeds. I thought coconut flakes or nuts would be so yummy too!

Let me know if you have any tricks to yours & be sure to check out more fun ways to incorporate protein here. I’d love to hear your favorite!
