Well, hello third trimester. You have seemed to last for an eternity already and cause all the problems when I try to get dressed. Up until recently, I was able to get away with my maternity jeans and a pre pregnancy top or dress but lately that has definitely changed. 

The bottom of my belly will now casually hang out of most of my pre pregnancy tops. Unfortunately, I can’t see it so I usually have to get a ‘shirt check’ from a third party. Since I was going to be 32 weeks when we headed to Arizona on our babymoon I decided to pick a few new things for myself. I hesitated buying anything ‘maternity’ since I wouldn’t use it for much longer but instead tried to pick pieces that would work  now and come in handy post baby this summer. 

I am sure I won’t be snapping back to my old clothes anytime soon so loose fitting dresses will be my best friend this summer. I snagged this one and have been wearing it constantly and decided to pick up this ruffle number. Despite Trevor calling me Little Bo Peep, I loved it. It felt comfortable, the tie details were adorable and most of all it was roomy! I’m hoping I can keep this in the rotation for the remainder of this pregnancy and pair it with flats.

I’ve also noticed a bit of swelling starting in my feet and hands so throwing on these wedges were a godsend. I know I’ve talked about them before but they are insanely comfortable and some of the only ‘heels’ I can still tolerate. 

Since we were headed to The Henry for dinner I was excited to feel dressed up for a night and happy I didn’t need to be uncomfortable! Thanks for all your recommendations on Instagram, we loved the atmosphere and food. Those short rib potstickers were insane!
