Whenever fall rolls around my beauty routine tends to change a bit. It’s not as intense as winter, but definitely brings it’s own set of challenges to my skin. Especially here in Chicago, the wind picks up speed and dries out my skin so quickly. I thought I would share some of the beauty hacks I use in the fall to keep my skin hydrated and prevent windburn. 

It’s no secret that I am obsessed with Vaseline! I have a tub that sits on our dresser in the bedroom that I use on my lips constantly. When it gets colder I start using it on my skin, hair and nails. Have you ever done it? 

Lips: Obviously, my biggest use. I apply it probably 2 times a day – once in the morning and once at night. 

Hair: I don’t get my hair cut that often so I will have split ends pop up every now and then. I rub a tiny bit of Vaseline on my ends and sleep on it and it helps a ton! 

Skin: My feet tend to get so dry in the winter, Hi no pedicure season! I will usually rub Vaseline on my heels and toes and sleep in fuzzy socks. Trust me, I wake up a new woman,.

Eyelashes: This was a new one for me. I just recently discovered this after I was having the worst time getting my eye make up off. I would wake up in the morning after rubbing my eyes incessantly the night before to still have black under my eyes. I started using my Vaseline and it wiped right off! Game changer!
