When winter rolls around I try not to switch out my entire wardrobe. I hate to lose half my options, so I try to make whatever I can last. The easiest piece for me to transition is definitely my dresses. Long sleeve mini’s look great with over the knee boots and even midi length dresses pair great with booties. Layering is my best friend in the fall and winter months and gives you so many options.

This printed mini caught my eye immediately! I absolutely love the bold print and think it’s not overwhelming with the shorter length. I would advise to size up though – I think the brand as a whole tends to run small so I ordered the medium and thought it fit perfect.

I paired it with my new boots I bought during the Nordstrom anniversary sale. I had wanted this exact style last season and it was sold out everywhere. When I saw it on the sale preview I immediately bought them! They pair so well with everything from dresses to jeans and sweaters. I love the more casual feel and the small heel so I can wear them during the winter months when the weather may not cooperate without fear of ruining them.

Hope you guys are having a wonderful week and cheers to hump day!
