after such a brutal winter the minute the sunshine appeared i threw on white jeans and a stripe tee and ran out the door! i may have been a bit quick on that considering i was a tad chilly most of the afternoon but i just couldn’t contain myself.

i was excited to explore a bit of logan square and grab brunch at the always yummy Longman & Eagle with Ashley! the food is always impeccable and catching up with your girlfriend is the best stress reliever.

we had the burger & fries with bacon on top (duh!) and an amazing cauliflower & lentil dish. i was skeptical at first because it seemed very indian inspired & i’m critical of people mixing those flavors (that aren’t my mom) but the dish was outstanding and i will probably go back for it.

i paired my white distressed jeans with my favorite stripe tee and tied a chambray shirt around my waist. add my my rag & bone espadrilles that look like cute leather loafers and my hermes crossbody & you have my summer uniform.
