How was everyone’s holiday weekend? Sadly, Trevor didn’t Monday off but I took the kids to the pool in the morning and we had a blast. This is our first year joining a pool and it has been life changing with the kids. Aside from Zahra being a wild child in the baby pool and always running from me, it’s been such a great way for the kids to get their energy out and splash around.
Did you catch my latest Reel? I styled on of my favorite tops a few ways to hopefully inspire you to use a piece you may have in your closet already in a new way. My top is actually a few years old from Everlane no longer sells it but I linked several similar options and I own the Madewell Courier shirt in the striped version and can vouch that it is amazing.
Stretch Pants: Madewell – mine are very old and a different texture but virtually the same pant! This is my go-to for work and love the elastic waistband. | Shoes: Everlane, old – similar and similar | Work Tote: Cuyana – have owned this for years and it is still in amazing shape!
Shorts: AGolde – a bit of a splurge but worth it IMO. I wear these year after year and they just keep getting better! Not tight at all around the thighs and run TTS. (more AGolde here) | Bag: Clare V. | Sandals: Tkees (more Tkees here) | Sunglasses: Ray-Ban (more RB here)
Tennis Skirt: Target | Hat: Nordstrom | Shoes: Brooks – the best running shoes ever! I now wear them for my walks and at home workouts. | Fanny Pack: Lululemon – I resisted the fanny pack for a while but it’s pretty amazing. I can throw it on when I am running around with the kids and on the weeks and not have to lug a big bag everywhere.
Hope this helped serve as some inspiration for you all and find new ways to wear things you may already have in your closet!
