Happy Monday friends! I am happy to see a new week after lots of rain and Trevor being on call this past weekend. Monday’s are always a good reset to whatever this new normal is and I like to try to start it as productive and positive as possible.
It’s been quite a while since I’ve shared some Amazon favorites and I’ve recently bought a few things I loved so thought I would share. As always, my Amazon Shop is linked on the homepage of the blog and you can always find everything sorted by categories there.
I had been stalking a similar style hat that was almost $100 for a while and just didn’t want to spend that much on it so was ecstatic when I saw this! I have the lighter bamboo color and love that you can just roll it up and secure it with the rubberband to travel with. This way you can throw your hair up in a ponytail and not worry about the sun getting on your face.
I am so happy with this stroller so far! We weighed a lot of options but I knew a side by side would be our best bet and I love how I can run easily with this or use it through the city. The shocks and ease to maneuver is a huge plus and being able to recline the seats however we like is amazing! I was able fit the Uppababy snug seat it it since this stroller has the same strap openings and it’s been a dream. I also had a few questions on if the basket underneath was a pain. There is a bar at the opening in the back for some reason but I have a fairly large backpack and I just slide it in from the side. I will be writing a longer post all about it soon!
I shared about this in a post a few weeks back about our favorite sunscreens but this has quickly become our favorite. It is a completely clean mineral sunscreen and rubs in so easily! I had found in the past that mineral sunscreens were really difficult to rub in and somewhat of a pain to put on especially for kids but this has been great.
Since Zain started riding his balance bike we decided to invest in a sturdier and safer helmet. After reading tons of reviews, we decided on this helmet and have loved it. It’s light, fits him perfectly (you measure your child’s head to get the size) and he doesn’t mind it.
It’s no secret that I’ve been a fan of biker shorts lately and lived in them while pregnant. They are basically short leggings and with it being so hot in Louisville they have been a must have. Now that I’m not pregnant I needed a new pair for walks with the kids so ordered these to try. I LOVE them!!! I went with my normal size (small) and opted for the charcoal which I think looks so nice. I would compare them to the Beyond Yoga biker shorts that are more than twice the price.
I can’t take credit for this because Trevor did all of the research but after debating a Yeti cooler or backpack we decided to order this brand to try it out. They are almost half the price and from what we can tell so far, work amazing! We are taking the backpack version on a road trip soon so will report back.
I can’t even with this outfit! It comes in a ton of colors and is so cute on Zahra. I’ve found the quality to be fine and haven’t had any complaints so far after washing it a few times.
This is the fan I purchased after Zahra was born and it’s been wonderful! The legs are flexible and can latch on to any part of the stroller. We use it all over the house and yard since you can stand the legs up and just have it blow on her. I’ve found the charge to hold for several hours!
The Drop has had so many cute pieces released and I loved this tiered dress! It comes in a few neutral colors and I would order your true size or size down if in between.
Love these in the tan color and think they run TTS also!
Hope you are all having a wonderful start to your week!
