Good morning and happy Wednesday friends!

I can not believe it is already Thanksgiving tomorrow. With cases rising and us still being very cautious, it will just be our little family and my parents for Thanksgiving. My parents are in ‘our bubble’ and it has truly been a lifesaver. I am so very grateful to have them close and can’t imagine how we would have survived if we still lived in Chicago. Trevor and my father are still working in the hospital but they are able to isolate when not seeing patients and all of Trevor’s patients are now tested beforehand which is nice. I so wish we could see my Brother and his family but hopefully it will work out soon, I know Zahra can’t wait to meet them and her cousins!

As far as food, we usually order Thanksgiving meals from a restaurant or Whole Foods since no one in my family really likes Thanksgiving classics. We all enjoy having a big meal together but the dishes are not anyone’s favorite and we definitely don’t want to spend all day cooking it. So, I sourced some local Chicago and Louisville spots that are doing meals and shared them over on Instagram Stories if you are interested. It’s a great way to support local restaurants and save yourself some time this year. We will be picking up our stuff from Paul’s Fruit Market this morning and then I have a Half Baked Harvest Braised Short Rib recipe I am going to work on and am so excited about it!

Tonight my mom cooks a huge meal at their house with some of our favorite Indian dishes so if I’m being honest, we are most excited about that 🙂

I wanted to get today’s GIft Guide for Her live before the holiday and will be sure to update my Black Friday & Cyber Monday post this weekend so stay tuned!

Honey Grail Face Oil

One of my favorite beauty products and something I think works wonders for every skin type! I use this every night on my face and it gives such an amazing glow to your skin. The brand is a favorite of mine, completely clean and affordable.

 Ribbed Beanie

Everyone needs one for the winter months and this is on sale for $15! Comes in a few different colors.

 Travel Case Set

I feel like I include this every year but it’s such a great investment. I have had these for over 5 years and they still look brand new!

 Loungewear Set

A recent purchase I love! Since we are all home way more often than we are used to, I have been investing in loungewear. Runs TTS, I ordered a small because I wanted it on the fitted side.

 Ugg Slippers

I bought these during the NSale and they do not disappoint! Keep my feet incredibly warm even though they aren’t closed, the fluffy material is the same on the inside and outside and the come in a few colors.

 Bing Sweatshirt

I know this is an investment but if you are a fan of the brand, I think this is worth it! I get so much use out of my tee so I finally put this on my wishlist this year. I order up in these for a more oversized fit!

 Corduroy Hat

I love this material and supporting a small woman owned business local to Chicago! She makes the cutest hats for kids and adults and I have my eye on a matching set for Zain and myself.

 Leather Tote

I have been carrying this tote for over 5 years in the Ecru color and you can not tell one bit. Their leather goods are such high quality and really do stand the test of time!

 CBD Gift Set

Something I can not wait to get back to after breastfeeding is my CBD. I could use it more than you know especially during this time! Their Holiday Sets are the perfect gift and if you have questions about CBD in general, I have a huge post about it here

 Silk Pillowcase

I gifted myself this for Mother’s Day and love it! Such a thoughtful gift and well worth the investment in my opinion. I tried the Amazon version but it didn’t live up to this in my opinion.

 Always Pan

It’s no secret this is our favorite pan! I bought this months ago and then was ecstatic to work with the brand and I can’t say enough great things about them. They come in a ton of colors (we have the steam and sage) and both look stunning sitting on the stove! You can see my full in depth review here

 Chunky Sweater

I always get so much feedback on my Alpaca sweater when I wear it and I saw this nearly identical version for under $30 so wanted to share. It comes in a few colors!

I hope you are all having a lovely Wednesday and cheers to a short holiday week!
