Good morning and happy what finally feels like fall!
The heat has cooled off and we have reached that optimal time of the season. It’s hard to believe we are already half way through September but I am planning on taking advantage of it and doing all the fall activities. Apple picking with the kids, roasting s’mores by the firepit and taking all the hikes. Zain is big enough that he loves to walk trails with us and Zahra actually does a pretty great job too!
Since many of you will be doing the same I thought it would be fun to round up some of our favorite trails around Louisville along some of my favorite gear from Backcountry. Beyond Yoga Biker Shorts
I purchased these several months ago (you probably saw them in a previous Reel) and can’t say enough good things about them. Beyond Yoga has been a long time favorite of mine and although their pieces run a little pricier, they last and are the softest I have found. I like that this pair has pockets on either side so you can keep your phone or headphones on you while running around. Runs TTS but very stretchy so size down if in between, I’m in a small.
Beyond Yoga Light Pullover
This is a newer addition that I wanted to share! Once it gets cooler long sleeve breathable tops are a must and hard to find for me personally. I don’t want anything too constricting and I like a light and breezy fabric! I decided to give this a try since it was a brand I trusted and I really love it. One of it’s best features is the length! It’s not too cropped and hits at the perfect place for a hike or errands. Runs TTS, I’m in a small. YETI Mug
This guy is several years old and I still take it outdoors with us. It’s so durable and keep my coffee hot in the morning while we are out. It’s a great size for on the go and comes in a ton of colors!
