Look for Less: Fall Essentials

Aug 13, 2021

Good morning and happy FRIDAY!!!

I am excited to bring back a series I used to host on the blog years ago. It’s where the name Lows to Luxe originated from and lately you all have been requesting more of the high/low options so I thought this would be a great idea.

I essentially show a Low and Luxe for each item and stick to my tried and true brands so even if It may not be a piece I personally own, it’s one I would purchase if need be. I chatted about this a bit during my Q&A but I always recommend weighing yoru cost per wear when deciding whether to to go high or low on an item. Is it something classic that you see yourself wearing for years to come? Is it something trendy you just want to indulge in for a season?

Today’s first installment covers a few fall basics I swear by: a good pair of tailored jeans, a crisp white button down, and a good njurtal mule. I do personally own the AGolde jeans and they were a solid investment. I purchased them over 3 years ago and they are still one of my most worn pairs of denim. They hug you in all the right places and although they aren’t ‘stretch’ denim I find them so comfortable.

I also just recently picked up this pair of Able mules and have enjoyed them so far. They haven’t needed much of a break in but I will be testing them out more as the weather cools down! I ordered my true size in these. Update! They just sent over a code you can use sitewide for 20% off!!! Use ‘SHAHEEN20‘ at checkout.
