Why You Should Be Wearing An All White Winter Outfit

One thing I love to wear is an all white winter outfit. I know some ‘fashion rules’ claim that’s a no but those rules aren’t real and you can always wear whatever you want! I always think that an all white outfit is just as versatile as an all black look and I love the way it popped off this amazing mural we found while we were home in Louisville. I don’t know if you remember this other shoot but both these walls are located in Shelby Park and are an amazing endeavor by these local artists to bring change into this newly developing neighborhood.

Every time I’m home I’m so happy to see all the artistry and change in the city and it inspires me all on it’s own! I decided to keep the look simple with these distressed white jeans and white cable knit sweater. I threw on my cork pumps which I have gotten more use out of than I would have ever imagined. They feel more fun than a normal nude pump and I found an identical pair that is so affordable!

Make sure you check out some of our favorite spots in Louisville and be sure to let me know if you are planning a trip. The Oaks and Derby are right around the corner and I can’t think of a better time to make your first trip!

Wowow! An all-white look often feels like a scary thing to me to try out, but you’ve obviously mastered it! I love that it gives you the chance to play with textures + shapes instead of colors, which is what I normally tend to focus on (+ that it gives you the chance to pose in front of awesome backgrounds like this!!).

All white is one of my favorite go-to styles! It’s so clean and fresh ALWAYS! Love it especially in front of this dynamic wall — it’s such a stunning juxtaposition!
