We made it through Monday guys!
I consider that an accomplishment and am currently listening to Bruno Mars and thoroughly enjoying some quiet time while Zain is asleep. I’m excited about today’s post because it is all about you guys and your amazing advice! I know I’ve mentioned it before, Instagram has become such an amazing resource to bounce ideas off of you all, share favorite recipes, garner advice and all around my favorite way to interact with you all.
Last week when I wrote this post about how the weather had really been affecting my mood, I received so many messages from people in the same boat. Not only was it so nice to connect about that but I had also asked for at home workout suggestions and the response was overwhelming. Everyone was so willing to help and the suggestions were great so I thought I would share!
Working out can be a challenge to begin with. Once you throw in a child, the cold, darkness, etc it has become damn near impossible for me to make it happen. Working out at home is the perfect solution and something I can get a little bit more motivated for when Zain naps. I tried to include a blurb about each recommendation you all shared with me.

Sent in from several people! You can select where you workout and enter what materials you have on hand. It will customize your workout based on that! They also have workouts that range from 15 minutes to an hour.

Another crowd favorite! There is a PDF you can download or use the Sweat App (costs more) It’s intense but people seem to love it!

Rave reviews! They have one off classes or series to take, it’s free and they just encourage donations!

30 minutes and people say they work up a sweat every time! There is a meal plan that is optional to follow along also in case you are looking for some nutrition guidance!
Gives you customized workouts everyday based on your desired type of exercise and really challenging. Basically like having a personal trainer with you!

After looking through everything, I think I am going to start with the Beach Body On Demand workouts. It will be easy to just turn on my TV and get going and I’m hoping to get a good sweat in each time! If anyone wants to join me and try to workout 3 times this week please do!
